I give Richard Haney's family mediation services the highest recommendation! I decided to resolve a difficult family dispute by using a professional mediation service. I did an Internet search and found The Ottawa (Nepean) Counseling & Mediation Services. I called the number and from the minute Richard spoke on the phone, there was an instant connection between us! I saw Richard for 5 sessions and found them all extremely constructive and beneficial for my family situation. They were relaxed yet engaging and I found he definitely has a knack for explaining points in ways that are not overly academic but more layman style. In particular, I was appreciative when he picked up on a particular personal trait I work on. Richard was quite impressed with how I maintained myself which I found very reassuring. I was not expecting that when I went to see a family counselor/mediator. I got more out of Richard Haney's family mediation service than I expected.

Loved this workshop. My wife and I were able to find new ways to communicate and work together on bettering ourselves and our relationship. I've waited a bit to post this review, and can truly say that everything we learned is still sticking and we are still working on moving forward, together.

My experience with Great Lakes Neurofeedback has been a game changer for me. I’m so glad I found this centre and Robyn. As soon as you enter the building you are met with a relaxing, calming and quiet environment. Neurofeedback is something I’ve only recently found out about, and after 10 sessions I can say with certainty it has made a difference in my life, improving my brain function, anxiety, mental clarity, positivity, and ability to sleep.
